Ireland Travel Planning Consultation Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview
Ireland Travel Planning consultations provide personalised travel advice based on the information supplied by the client.
Consultations are intended to help with route planning, timing, logistics, local recommendations, and answering Ireland travel related questions.
Advice is provided based on personal experience, local knowledge, publicly available information, and the details supplied by the client at the time of booking.
2. What Is Included
Depending on the package selected, consultations may include:
• A one-to-one video call via Google Meet
• A call recording
• Follow-up notes
• Additional materials specifically listed within the purchased package
Only the services specifically included in the purchased package are provided.
3. What Is Not Included
Unless specifically purchased and confirmed in writing, consultations do not include:
• Full day-by-day itinerary creation
• Accommodation bookings
• Transport bookings
• Restaurant reservations
• Activity bookings
• Visa or immigration advice
• Insurance advice
• Ongoing email support
• Additional consultations beyond the purchased session
• Custom written itineraries
From time to time, additional services such as full itinerary design may be offered. If these services are not available for purchase at the time of booking, they are not included in your consultation package and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete travel information
• Attending the consultation at the scheduled date and time
• Ensuring they have access to a suitable internet connection and device for the call
• Reviewing any travel, accommodation, transport, visa, passport, health, insurance, or entry requirements directly with the relevant providers and authorities
Advice provided during the consultation is based on the information supplied by the client at the time of booking.
5. Consultation Duration
Consultations are scheduled for the duration stated at the time of booking.
For longer trips, the consultation focuses on route structure, timing, logistics, and key planning decisions rather than reviewing every day in detail.
While every effort will be made to cover as much as possible, coverage will vary depending on the complexity of the trip and the number of questions discussed.
6. Attendance & No-Show Policy
Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment at the agreed date and time.
If you are running late, please make contact as soon as possible.
Appointments may be treated as a no-show if a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.
No-show appointments are subject to the refund policy outlined below.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the time invested in reviewing questionnaires, preparing for consultations, and reserving appointment slots, the following fees apply:
• Cancellation before the scheduled appointment: 15% booking fee retained
• No-show appointment: 40% booking fee retained
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
8. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please make contact as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests are accommodated wherever possible and are subject to availability.
Where a suitable alternative appointment can be arranged, no rescheduling fee applies.
Ireland Travel Planning cannot guarantee availability on specific dates or within specific timeframes.
9. Recordings, Notes & Follow-Up Materials
Where purchased, call recordings, transcripts, and follow-up notes are provided using third-party services, including Google Meet and Google Workspace.
While every effort is made to deliver these materials as purchased, Ireland Travel Planning cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or availability of third-party systems.
In the event that a recording, transcript, or follow-up material cannot be provided due to a technical failure outside of Ireland Travel Planning’s control, the client will be refunded the value of the affected add-on only.
Follow-up notes are provided as a summary of the consultation and are not intended to be a complete word-for-word transcript of the call.
Where available, additional transcript information may be provided at Ireland Travel Planning’s discretion, but full transcripts are not guaranteed as part of any package.
Recordings, transcripts, and notes are supplied for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or shared without written permission.
10. Third-Party Services & Recommendations
Ireland Travel Planning may recommend attractions, accommodation providers, restaurants, transport operators, tour providers, guides, booking platforms, and other third-party services.
Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
Ireland Travel Planning is not responsible for the actions, services, cancellations, delays, errors, omissions, closures, availability, pricing, suitability, or performance of any third-party business or service provider.
The client remains responsible for researching, selecting, booking, and confirming all travel arrangements.
11. Travel Information & Availability
Travel information, opening hours, pricing, accommodation availability, attraction availability, transport schedules, weather conditions, and tourism services may change at any time.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Ireland Travel Planning cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, suitability, or operation of any attraction, service, accommodation, activity, transport provider, or tourism business.
All travel decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
12. Affiliate Disclosure
Ireland Travel Planning may recommend products, services, attractions, accommodation providers, or booking platforms that contain affiliate links.
If a purchase is made through one of these links, Ireland Travel Planning may receive a commission at no additional cost to the client.
Clients are under no obligation to use any affiliate links provided.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ireland Travel Planning provides advice and recommendations only.
The client acknowledges that all travel decisions remain their own responsibility and that travel involves inherent risks and variables beyond the control of Ireland Travel Planning.
Ireland Travel Planning shall not be liable for any losses, delays, cancellations, missed connections, accommodation issues, transport disruptions, weather-related impacts, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, dissatisfaction with third-party services, or any other travel-related circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Force Majeure
Ireland Travel Planning shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, rescheduling, interruption, or inability to provide services due to illness, family emergency, internet outage, power outage, technical failure, severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such circumstances, services may be rescheduled where possible.
15. Privacy
Ireland Travel Planning respects your privacy and will not sell, distribute, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to provide the purchased service or where required by law.
Information submitted through questionnaires, bookings, and consultations will be used solely for the purpose of providing travel planning services.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that the consultation is an advisory service and that final travel decisions remain your responsibility.
