Thank you so much for purchasing my Ireland Travel Planning Service! I can’t wait to hop on a call and help you plan an unforgettable trip to Ireland.
This is a 60 minute advisory session where we’ll use Google Maps to talk through your route, timing, pacing, and the big decisions that will make your trip feel smooth and doable.
People book this call at different stages, so we’ll use the time based on where you’re at.
If you’re in the early stages
We’ll talk through possible routes and what makes sense for your timeframe, interests, and pace.
If you already have a rough itinerary
We’ll review it together, flag any unrealistic travel times, and tighten up the plan.
If you’re mostly planned
We’ll focus on your specific questions and any problem areas you want reassurance on.
For longer trips (10+ days), we’ll focus on overall route structure and key decisions rather than reviewing every single day in detail.
I’ll guide the call so we prioritise what matters most. I’ll also flag when we hit the final 10 minutes so you can bring up any must ask questions before we wrap up.
What This Call Does Not Include
This is an advisory call only.
It does not include full day by day itinerary creation, accommodation booking, or ongoing email planning support beyond the optional add ons you select at checkout.
I also don’t provide recommendations on specific rental car companies or insurance policies, as terms and coverage can change.

If possible, send it at least 72 hours before the call so I have time to review it.
Even if you don’t have a route yet, that’s completely fine. Just answer what you can and we’ll build clarity together on the call.
Step 2: Choose a time for your consultation

What happens after the call?
This depends on the service you booked:
If you booked the call only
The session includes the live video call. No follow up email is included.
If you added optional extras
Your call recording and or written notes will be emailed to you within 2 to 3 working days.
If you’d like more help after the call, you’re always welcome to book an additional session.
