To get started, there are a couple of quick steps you’ll need to complete below.

This form gives me the key details I need to personalise your consultation. The more information you share, the more tailored and helpful I can be, whether you’re just getting started or putting the finishing touches on your itinerary.
If there are any non-negotiables places you absolutely want to visit please be sure to include them. This allows me to map out a realistic route in advance, so we can spend the call fine-tuning your trip rather than starting from scratch. The more points of interest you share, the easier it is for me to pull up routes on Google Maps and give you an in-depth look at what’s possible.
That said, if you’re in the early stages of planning, that’s absolutely okay! We can use the session to walk through any questions, talk through possible routes, and make sure you’re feeling confident before diving deeper into the planning.

What happens after the call?
This depends on the service you booked:
If you booked the 1:1 Consultation Only:
You won’t receive a follow-up email automatically after our session. This service includes the live video call only. If you’ve added optional extras — like a recording of the call, a transcript, or written notes — these will be sent to you by email within 2–3 working days.
If you booked the Full Travel Planning Service (with a personalised itinerary PDF):
I’ll create your custom itinerary after our call, based on the details you provided and everything we discussed. Please allow up to 6 working days for this to be delivered by email. This gives me time to research, map, and format your itinerary into a personalised and easy-to-follow travel plan.
